We are currently looking for a


in our Amsterdam-Zuidoost Headquarters.

The helpdesk engineer will provide first line IT-Support for the end users within the Novagraaf Group.

You main tasks include:

  • Provide fist line IT-Support (Helpdesk) for all PCs, Software, Hardware, and Telecommunication for the Novagraaf Group
  • Follow procedures and documentation and keep them up to date
  • Complete activities from daily/weekly/monthly checklist and take appropriate actions
  • Registration of questions and problems and ensure follow up
  • Assist in the security of the network and systems against unauthorized use

The requirements of this role are:

  • Excellent communication skills with end-users
  • MBO 4 or equivalent IT education
  • Ambition to grow within IT towards systems management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016, Windows 7/10, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Office365
  • English and Dutch
  • IT Certification, Network Experience and/or French Language skills are an advantage.
